The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the room was elegant and clean, with a beautiful view from the private balcony. the service was top-notch, and the staff was exceedingly helpful and attentive. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
But this did not detract from the overall experience, as the hotel offered plenty of other exclusive facilities that met my needs and exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was compact but nicely decorated and had its own bathroom. the view of the nearby Duomo was stunning.
Some guests mentioned that the directions to find the hotel were not clear and could be improved.
